Casa Italia in Seebad Ahlbeck

Anyone who likes unfriendly staff and extremely bad coffee that tastes like it has been warmed up should definitely try this café. If you also like your ice cream tasteless ... go ahead! The fact that a restaurant of this poor quality can still survive today is surely only due to the fact that Ahlbeck has many tourists who like to stop off somewhere and then never come back. I don't understand restaurateurs who have such low demands on their own work! There are the waiters, who all wore masks under their noses or under their chins, more proof that they don't care about their customers!

Unfriendly service with the mask on the chin, watery cappuccino (tasted like it was in the microwave) and really underground ice cream. Unfortunately, I have to fully confirm the many negative reviews. A real tourist trap.

We were in Casa Italia about 6 years ago for the last time and were thrilled, the more we were looking forward to visiting the restaurant again. We couldn't believe why so many people gave such bad reviews until we were there ourselves🙈 The waiter of whom so many have written behaved in exactly the same way: mask only over his chin, tables are only wiped with a damp cloth, very snotty answer (disinterest). It's a shame we would have liked to have kept the restaurant in good memories, but we won't visit "Casa Italia" again!

The hot chocolate is watery and does not taste good at all (even 2 bags of sugar did not help), the service is anything but friendly, We had to wait a long time for the bill. Never again!

Ordered takeaway pizza. We were given a waiting time of 20 minutes. An hour later we were still waiting. When we finally got our pizza, there wasn't even an excuse. The pizza itself was okay. The dough was delicious but unfortunately the topping was saved. I can't recommend it.

Super friendly & fast service. Food was very much & on the whole delicious. The garlic bread & pizza could have stayed in the oven for a few minutes. Point deduction for the prices of the non-alcoholic drinks - 5 € for a Coca Cola is really hearty.

Corona is probably over in Italy. Because the waiters either don't wear a face mask or use them to protect your sensitive chin. After all, it can get fresh in September. The guests' contact details are also not recorded. In addition, there was not much of the Italian charm to be felt in the service.

6 pizzas ordered, 3 pizzas were warmed up and sometimes very black above and below. The other pizzas were ok. Complained. The answer came in the stone oven, that's just the way it is. The alleged boss was very unfriendly. You can forget the store.

Take away pizza Ordering was quick and easy. Waiting time for preparation 5-10 min. One in four orders was slightly flawed. Taste and appearance was a delight.

This is the first time that I have only given one star. I don't even know how to call the staff. Unfriendly is still the most sympathetic word. We only asked for a seat ..... It was probably not up to us. While we were leaving, we noticed how the same waiter let two guests down. When he turned away he made faces at the guests. It was just amazing. The business location is probably so good that you can take it out for yourself.

Better in the evening than during the day. Pizza well filled, dough good too. It was the beautiful end of a beautiful day. The dog was also welcome ...

We wanted to have an ice cream near our apartment in the evening, but it turned out to be a mistake. We didn't like the ice cream very much and 10 minutes after that I got stomach cramps and since then my stomach has been bad. I certainly don't want to damage my reputation, but I can can only be traced back to the ice and I hope that there won't be another vacation day for it tomorrow. I don't really understand that in Corona times you take spoons out of a huge box with spoons and everyone reaches in ...

Super tasty pizza, highly recommended, very good service, really tasty - the homemade pasta is also excellent and the ice cream is great. Very friendly service, always with a good eye for the guest, we really enjoyed the many visits here! It's really worth it

The hygiene concept leaves a lot to be desired, the tables are not disinfected (the rag wanders over all the tables, no disinfectant), the waitress does not wear a face mask, the pizza baker has generously brushed his nose with a towel and then without washing his hands continued to bake pizza. Bruchetta was soggy, one of our pizzas was not cooked through. This pizzeria would not survive in Italy, because of the few restaurants it can. There is one star for the service, who despite everything was relatively friendly.

We are very excited about the food. Nice food and mostly nice waiters. Were there twice during our vacation and once were really lucky with the waiters. The second time we were greeted very unfriendly and the service of the gentleman left something to be desired. Rather unsuitable for such a job. His colleague, on the other hand, was a very nice one and served well. Can you ever do, price performance is good. However, one should hope that one does not get to this waiter.

Delicious! Plates are filled very well. Drinks are also delicious, whether coffee, cocoa or beer. Staff very nice and tried hard. Price-performance ratio absolutely coherent. Recommended !!!

Pizza, pasta and ice cream taste wonderful. Neat portions and the price is then appropriate. Service friendly, except for the woman who can't even smile, talk and greet the customers, it doesn't work for her either. Therefore deduction of points. Both male waiters are funny, they also have a few minutes to joke, despite a lot of stress. Unfortunately there are no towels on the toilet, the dryer has not worked for ages. Otherwise everything was clean and cozy.

Good food, relatively fast service that "trained" to be polite. The prices are just adapted to the resort accordingly. If you like Italian cuisine definitely makes no difference.

Not very motivated. Asked for wifi password but was denied. Was willing to give benefit of doubt but pizza didn't impress either.

Excellent place, delicious food

One of the few places in Ahlbeck open all day and not just from 5 PM. Pizza is great and cheap. Good beer, friendly staff. Great place!

Decent German-style Italian food, with local specialties including Spargel (white asparagus) when in season. (Americans should note this is nothing like American-style Italian food.) The homemade fresh pastas is quite good and recommended. The gelato is wonderful, even for the typically excellent Eis Cafes around Germany. Friendly staff and good for kids.
